The Riverwalk Residences Body Corporate

Life in an apartment complex can sometimes be just that ...complex! There are many buildings that have what we describe as the "bad mix". In other words a wide range of owners, tenants, on-site managers and tourists all with seemingly opposing requirements and points of view. This can often lead to continuous conflict and unhappiness.
We subscribe to the point of view that living in an apartment should be a happy experience and the body corporate should present opportunity for friendship rather than conflict. Accordingly we have specifically kept the number of apartments to a manageable level and avoided any issues that may complicate living.
In deciding to become part of the Riverwalk Residences community we sincerely hope that this vision will become a reality for you and living in the community will be a positive and happy experience.
So what about those fees?
Remember that by choosing to live in an apartment community you are seeking a maintenance free environment. This of course comes at a cost but we have applied our many years of apartment management to a responsible sustainable budget. This budget sets the groundwork on which the body corporate can build on to ensure that the building is kept in A1 condition for many years.
